  • We participate with most major insurances and will submit claims on your behalf. At the time you call for an appointment, we will complete your insurance verification online form. When we check eligibility, we will contact you to confirm your policy terms. If you need assistance with your insurance requirements, our staff will make every effort to help you.
  • We may ask you to verify your current insurance when you schedule an appointment and when you present for an appointment. Your insurance coverage may change and we want to help you avoid any delay in your benefits.
  • Co-payments and deductibles are payable at the time of your visit. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, cash and checks. We will be happy to assist you in developing a payment plan after your initial visit.
  • Some insurance require a written referral from your primary care physician prior to your appointment with our specialists. It is your responsibility to obtain this referral and bring it with you to your appointment. If you do not have a required referral, we may reschedule your appointment.
  • We participate with Medicare- however, if you do not have a secondary insurance, you are responsible for the 20% Medicare does not pay and any deductible or non-covered expense payable at the time of service.
  • We are happy to discuss your financial obligations at any time. Please contact our billing office at (201) 816-1900 ext. 3546 to discuss payment on your account. Should you have any financial difficulty, please do not hesitate to open a conversation early on in your treatment, so that we can assist you with these matters.
